Inside a website called eyesynergy there is a list of patient names and it is minimized. It has an option to maximize but when you click it it flashes the maximized size window up and then goes back to minimized size but at that point the option says minimize so it thinks it is maximized??? Can you help?? THanks!

Hello, this happens on all computers. I am including a screen shot to see if that helps. You will notice that on the screen there is an option to minimize, because I have chosen the maximize option and it flashes to the maximized screen but then goes back to this little screen. It does not do this in Internet explorer. Thanks for your help.

Firefox doesn't allow web pages to resize the main browser window.
That can only be done in a pop-up window opened via a window.open() call.

do we need to also uncheck the 'Block Pop Up Windows' on the content tab of the options in tools??? Thanks!

Block pop-up windows only applies to opening unrequested windows and never to windows that you open vial clicking a link on a web page, so that shouldn't be necessary. To be sure you can check this yourself.
