Stop making so many updates. You guys are *constantly* breaking everything and make it incredibly hard for extension developers to keep up. Focus on quality of your product. How many people have asked you to quit whatever insane marketing push this is.

STOP SCREWING UP WHAT USED TO BE THE BEST BROWSER OUT THERE.

This is why chrome is taking over so much of your market share, even though it's UI isn't up to snuff. QUIT SCREWING UP MOZILLA.

Mozilla user advocates read feedback here and pass it up the chain, but being more specific is more better. Are there particular extensions you can't live without that cause you to keep using Firefox 18? What else is broken? Many things are very fixable if you ask.
