I need to install ver. 20 not 21. It doesn't work for my webex.com program. help.

I use webex.com to access my work computer. Because I now had Firefox ver. 21 it does not work. Support told me to unintall 21 and install 20 but I can't find it anywhere even with their link. Please help me get back to 20 so I can do my work from home again.

You can install a portable (ESR) Firefox version to access websites that do not work with the current Firefox release.

The portable version comes with its own profile folder and doesn't interfere with the currently installed release version.

hello maggiem, does webex.com depend on a browser plugin? in this case please try the following: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named plugins.load_appdir_plugins. double-click it and change its value to true (a restart of the browser might be necessary afterwards for the change to take effect).
