Can't find Display in Application Settings. Want to control brightness.

Above are the instructions to control brightness in Foxfire. The Settings application appears under Options and does't have Display in it. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Do you have a FirefoxOS Phone? These directions apply to FirefoxOS, you can't adjust screen brightness in Firefox for Desktop (though you can adjust it using the OS Display settings)

Yes, that was the article I was quoting from. I didn't realize it was for a phone. Thanks. I will look into the add-ons.
