When I open a new tab, I get a matrix of 9 sites that I've recently been to. Often these are one project visits. It would be helpful if I could select which websites to put there, and where to put them, so I don't have to look all over & then find that the one I want is no longer there.

2nd problem -- shockwave flash often crashes.... :(

hello you can open the bookmarks (ctrl+shift+b) or history (ctrl+shift+h) library and drag and drop any entries onto the new tap page in order to pin them there...

regarding the flash crashes - you might want to try if disabling protected mode makes a difference.

in case you'd like to troubleshoot the issue further, it would be best to contact adobe's support & file a bug report at bugbase.adobe.com (choose "Adobe Flash Player" as the product & "Browser Integration" as the product area), since they will have a better understanding of the internals of flash protected mode & therefore may know what else might be at the root of the problem you were seeing.
