Safe mode is a diagnostic tool. Your add-ons and some options are
disabled. If the program runs in Safe mode, but not normal, that says
the likely cause is an add-on. Now starts the hard work.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General. Look for and turn off
Use Hardware Acceleration. Now restart.
If there is still a problem, go back to Safe mode. Then
Firefox > Add-ons > Extensions. Then go thru and Disable ALL
add-ons. Restart again. Let us know how you are doing.

Open your firewall program. First check the settings. Make sure that the program is set to tell you if a new program wants access to the web. Then go to the list of programs the firewall has. Make sure that all the programs you want to access the web are set to ALLOW. If it is set to AUTO, the firewall may not allow access.

Thank you for the advice.i changed it to allow but its still not working,i even tried to start it in safe mode ,but still nothing.
What version was working, and what ver are you installing?
Did you upgrade, or get the full install from Mozilla.org?
If you upgraded, try the full installer.
Still the same,i downloaded from the main sit and installed it after that it will start and check add ons compatibility and then just nothing.
Lets try this. Start Windows in Safe Mode With Networking. Hold down the Shift key (On Mac the Options key) while starting Firefox to start in Safe Mode. See if that changes anything.
thank your! Yes it worked so why not in normal mode?
