Morningstar x-ray circle graph does not always show up. Can you fix this?
When logging into Morningstar Canadaand connecting to my portfolio the x-ray tab should include a circle graph. This does not always appear. It appears mostly when using Explorer which is the basic platform design used by Morningstar Canada. but I love FIREFOX!. Can you get this graph to show up consistently? When clicking on a pictogram in the empty space this message appears: Server Error in '/WebGraphs' Application. Compilation Error Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Thanks for contacting Mozilla Support. I'm sorry that you're having troubles with Morningstar. From your description of the problem it sounds like their servers maybe having issues delivering the data you're requesting.

Hello Patrick, Thank you for your help. I, at first, did ask Morningstar and they suggested an address and was told not to use the favourites or bookmarks and to have logged out first and log in again. This did not help. As stated, sometimes I do get the graph, more times I do not.As this is an intermittent problem I am at a loss. the same with I.E. Can you help further? the Message I get is:
