I made a new email address up for you on registering
My e-mail address and password no longer exist. I want to new address and password for you so I can try to see if syncing can start and be easier. Automatic easy syncing not being the case with you was why I'm trying chrome. If we can clear this up I could return.

I'm having trouble understanding what the issue you have is. Could you provide details excluding your email address in what the issue is?
