I have Windows Vista... For awhile every time I got a new version of Firefox I attempted to upgrade Adobe Flash and in every case it crashed so I quit doing it. I have asked this question of you more than once before and have never rec'd an answer. So, as a result I saved Flash 10.3, have reinstalled that, left it, and kind of merrily go on my way. Unfortunately as you know there are certain videos I cannot access with 10.3. So, that being said.... Will the latest version of Adobe Flash work with the latest version of Firefox?

Wow, I can't believe you saved that old version of Flash for so long. If Flash player crashed you probably had to disable Hardware Acceleration for Flash Player. Try disabling Hardware Acceleration.

  1. Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
  2. Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
  3. Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
  4. Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.

The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
  5. Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
  6. Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
  7. Restart Firefox.

This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.

As for the latest version, yes. The latest version of Flash works great on the latest version of Firefox (29.0.1)
