can't remove norton toolbar from add-ons

i have w7, firefox 31 and norton security suite plus toolbar (for password vault)

i now use lastpass. I wish to remove (beyond disable) norton toolbar

i have tried two suggestions. If i go to add-ons, i only get "disable". i do not have option to "remove"

if i go to about:plugins i can not find norton therefore i can not change name to remove.
