I have a weird problem with netflix I've been dealing with for awhile and it BUGS me to no end.

Whenever I try to fast forward or rewind on netflix, the browser freezes up and then my whole computer is frozen and dead. I can click on the progress bar of netflix to wherever, and the little red circle appears and spins for about 4 seconds, and then it just freezes up and a few seconds later my whole computer is pretty much useless and I'm forced to just shut it down improperly.

It's not a huge deal I guess, I just try not to ever need to rewind a little bit when I miss something, but when I do need to, it's annoying as heck. I use firefox, because I also have a problem watching netflix on chrome (it's choppy and I can't figure that out either, I've tried everything) so my preferred browser of choice is firefox for netflix) but this issue is getting annoying. (If it makes a difference, I can fast forward or rewind netflix fine on chrome, I've tried it just today).

I've figured out that if I rewind and give it like 3 seconds (right before I know its about to crash) and then hit the refresh button, usually my video will reload to the place I wanted to be at.

Anyway, help would be awesome. Thank you :)
