Why FF try much time for opening page but don't do it until stop and refresh?
facebook.com is filtered in our country. if i want open it, press go, suddenly i see vpn is not connected, while firefox is trying to open i has connect to vpn, and i see ff still trying open, and after 5 seconds trying not open and show 404 error. why??? it is trying to open or it trying at first and then sleeping?! it needs more ping? is there any option in about:config to do it?

why not any answer? maybe because i wrote very bad. sorry.
i want when Firefox tries to open a page, but server not responsing (due to filter), FF send request more. for example every 3 seconds. all time. not just for filtered websites.
