No, that isn't p[ossible. When you sync bookmarks then all the bookmarks are included in the sync. This goes for other data as wel if you select ths, it is all or nothing. You would have to export the bookmarks to an HTML file and edit this file to only keep the bookmarks that you are interested in and import this file on the other computers to achieve this.
