I was using the add-ons Video Download Helper and Flash Video Downloader until about two weeks ago with no problem. Recently, using either one of them causes a total freeze, which causes a forced shutdown. Task Manager cannot be accessed in Win 7 and there is no way to recover without the shutdown. I'm using latest Firefox and have tried disabling each add-on and trying the other, but nothing helps.

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
