I pay my bills online and need tp print the confirmation of payment for my records. Normally I right click on my mouse and it has a selection for print document. Using Mozilla and google, this option is not available to me. Nor could I copy the document to a file and obtain it that way. Is there an answer or solution to my problem?

Hi, there should be a Print button in the 3-bar menu, which if you wish, while in Customize mode, you can drag to the location of your choice in a toolbar. More - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

You can also press Alt to bring up the main menu bar > File.
