I have a Kobo ARC version 4.1.1 I try to add Autofill as an add-on. SELECTING THE DOWNLOAD NOW button seems to download something but my tablet doesn't show anything actually downloaded. If you have a look at the right hand side of the add-on page you will see a link to the Add-on home page which should have details of how to contact the developers for support.

The vast majority of Extensions being hosted at addons.mozilla.org are made by a third-party author(s). If it was made by Mozilla it would likely have say Mozilla or Mozilla Labs as the By under extension name.
