If you can't receive and respond to an email from the Sync accounts / Firefox Account server there is no way to get data out of Sync. But your "data" is still on the devices that you had connected to Sync.

Setup a new Firefox Account with a current email address from your most used device. Then connect your other devices, along with the new device.
