I can't find anything about "Virus Safe." Is this something you installed?
The website you are trying to connect to, Please provide public link(s) (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !
If you use Virgin Media Web Safe the following sites are supposed to be blocked :
Websites with viruses and sites with malicious or unsuitable content (including : pornography, hate, crime, drugs, violence, hacking, self-harm and suicide)
You could always change the settings

Thank you for your reply. The problem is any site I search for is being blocked. Including sites that are safe like the BBC or government websites.

Thank you for the additional information.
Just to make sure : this is Virgin Media (Virus Safe) doing the blocking, and yet they say they can't help you - even though they say to let them know if you think that the sites they are blocking shouldn't be blocked ?
Have you tried changing the settings, like I suggested ?
(Virgin Media also suggests to change the settings ..... )
If changing the settings doesn't make a difference and Virgin Media is unwilling to cooperate, maybe it's time to say "Goodbye'" to VM ?
I agree with Happy.
