I am trying to read and respond to comments on articles on the Foxnews.com site. I have been doing this for a long time, Suddenly I can not.

Using iMac with latest SW. Firefox latest version. Also tried Chrome and Safari.

When I go to their home page my computer is logged in as usual automatically. However when I click on an article it displays the article but the comments section is never displayed and my computer is not logged on on that page, Nor is there a button to login again.

I have turned off tracking protection. And listedf the website as to allow ads etc I think, Not sure about the latter,

Baffling me. Any help would be nice.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks for the quick reponse. I'm gonna hold off clearing cache and cookies for now. Reason being for one thing it's a PITA. Secondly I hesitate as the problem isn't restricted to one browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or computer (iMac x 2, macbook).

I am pretty sure there is some setting that was changed with recent upgrades. I don't know if it's Apple OS or something on Foxnews webpage but I'm pretty sure it won't be fixed just clearing everything unless you can tell me these different browsers and computers somehow share cache and cookies.

But if I get desperate and no one can define why this is happening I will circle back to this.

Well I've now cleared cache and cookies. Still no love. Weird that it lets me log in when I link to the main page but every article is blank where login should be,

Have you tried Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode?

more options

Yes I have tried troubleshooting in safe mode. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with my computers. I have 3 that no longer work since the latest upgrade. I can not find a new parameter that is causing this. Hard to believe I'm the only one.

So recap -

2 desktop and one laptop all stopped working in the last week. iPad still works.

I am curious if anyone else CAN access the comments section via the new version of Firefox.
