Infinite scroll and Unnecessary Horizontal scroll
Windows 10 Pro 20H2, Firefox 91.0.1
In a specific webpage, Horizontal scrollbar shows up and extends or shrink how I move my cursor. On the infinite scroll, As long as I keep moving my cursor, The page goes forever. It supposed to end.
I've tried it with Safe mode and no change. Same behavior. Other browsers are working fine.
I'm not sure if this is a page specific issue or not. Most webpages are fine except for that. Here's the page source in case you need to test:

I got a different display and both scroll bars worked as expected. There was only background, no data or images, when I scrolled to the right.
It just generates forever (when you move your cursor). The page isn't supposed to scroll left or right.
Strangely, When I pan my cursor all the way to the left, The horizontal scrollbar disappears
The Inspector shows a "This element has scrollable overflow. Click to reveal elements that are causing the overflow." badge attached to the body element. I don't know under what conditions this appears.
