Copy Thunderbird email addresses from abook.mab folder from removed hard disk to new computer. What is the correct procedure?

Thunderbird 78 converted address books from the mab file format to an sqlite database. I am not aware of a "procedure" for importing old MAB files (given Thunderbird never could import it's own address books)
Thank you Matt. I copied the old profile file and pasted (overwrote the old profile) it to the new Thunderbird. This way I have my old setting and also the old address books.
So we can call this solved then.
