What password is this about?
Firefox doesn't need to enter a password when you start Firefox.
Firefox may show the dialog to enter the Primary Password under certain conditions like when you use Sync or if you open a page with a saved login, but that doesn't prevent from using Firefox if you cancel this dialog.
