I have set the master password. Reason being that I like the automatic passwords to work when I enter the master, and when not entered that other users can use the computer.

What happens, though, is that when other users try to use the browser it continually asks for the master password on every page I have have a pass on.

Can I have it work with it asking only like once? Then just let it work without the auto-fills?

You will have to disable the Password Manager temporarily to prevent that form happening. That won't affect the stored password.
