FF security alert recommends to download and install System Defender 254, should I?
I was using google search to download coloring images for my daughter. I received a FF security alert and it began scanning. Noting that there were 98 files that had been affected, and recommended to download "InstallSystemDefender_254.exe"
Is it safe, the link is from the Alert menu.

No, if you install that program then you will be infected with malware (virus or trojan).
The scanning that you see is not a real scan, but an animation loaded via internet.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
