Clicking on next displays the message No suitable plugins were found. I have installed java and adobe flash. How do I find out which plugin is missing? 64 bit Ubuntu on HP laptop. There should be a button for Manual Install. Click on it and see if it provides you with a download page or information on the plugin you need to install.

@weather15, thanks. I do not remember seeing a manual button but will look for it. I must have deleted the message that was causing the error because I cannot duplicate it at this time. I will watch and try your suggestion the next time it pops up.
