After installing v4.0.1 the open in a new window function no longer works properly. A new window is opened, but where the bookmarks toolbar should be displayed it shows a blank line. The navigation toolbar is displayed, but does not function. If I click on links in the displayed page the URL in the navigation toolbar does not change to reflect the new page I am seeing. The reload button in the navigation toolbar will not reload the page.
