Window that shows downloading; progress just hangs on "connecting to server". I noticed that you have the plug-in "BrowserPlus" installed. Try to disable it and then download again to see if that helps: Tools > Add-ons > Plug-ins


FYI, According to its website, it does not support Firefox 4, maybe that's the problem.
