This is my second attempt to contact you about this issue. The update to Firefox is not being recognized. When I click "About Firefox", I am given the information that I have 5.0. However, your own site does not recognize it when I attempt to download add-ons that require anything higher than 3.0. The information your site collects on my browser (shown to me below this box when I click "Show details") says that I am using 3.0. I tried to download something from another website that won't allow because it requires an up to date version of Firefox. Please assist me!
