I believe this budget "Nextbook Premium7" has the 1GHz Rockchip RK2918 cpu which is a ARM Cortex-A8 so it implements the ARM v7 instruction set architecture. Also has 512mb RAM. As a result you may likely be able to run mobile Firefox.

It does not have Google Android Market so you would have to install and update mobile Firefox manually.
