hello, the question was likely referring to firefox on android.

it is currently not possible to set a custom homepage on android (this is a trade-off for technical reasons in order for the app to launch faster) - there is work going on to change the homepage screen though & this will most likely get rid off the top sites in the current form in a later version.

as a workaround in the meantime you could use the method described at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/950223#answer-407265
