Some of my users recently upgraded prior to us testing version 30 and cannot get into the SSRS reporting portal. We use SSRS 2008, and 2005.

Actually, can you test something else for me? In Firefox 30, please do the following to enable NTLMv1: type about:config in the location bar, click the "I'll be careful" button, find network.negotiate-auth.allow-insecure-ntlm-v1, double-click on it to change the value to true.

There is likely no way that I could try testing this from my end right? I'd like to see if we need to file a bug to get this fixed or if it is a configuration issue.

Have you tried Firefox 30 with a fresh profile? Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Hi Tyler,

Thank you for responding, our SSRS reporting portal is secure so I cannot grant you access. I can tell you that my users that upgraded did not get the pop up to sign into the site even after we turned off pop ups. I reverted them back to 29 and they were able to access with no issues.

Did you test with Firefox 30 in a fresh profile? I'm interested in seeing why this is happening, because Firefox 31 is the next Enterprise release of Firefox, anything enterprise related should be fixed before we launch that release,

Thanks Tyler that appears to have worked.

Awesome, thanks.
