You do not say what colour is the background? If the text colour for links is white and background is white: check: Tools > Options > Display > Formatting tab or Menu Icon > Options > Options > Display > Formatting tab

click on 'Colours' button Make sure the background colour and the Links colour is not the same. Background = white Unvisited Links = blue Visited links = purple select: 'Underline links'. Select: 'allow content to choose its own colours, instead of my selections above'.

If the colours need changing click on the coloured square to open the colour selection. Select colour and click on OK.

If all of these colours and settings are as above, perhaps it was the sender who set the colours, but then your issue would only be in any email sent by that person, so do not make any changes, but if all emails have the issue uncheck:

'allow content to choose its own colours, instead of my selections above'.

Click on OK to save any changes.
