That is the "3-bar" Firefox menu button that you can find at the right end of the Navigation Toolbar.

You can only disable a plugin in Firefox by setting it to "Never Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" page.

  • Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

To remove a plugin, you would have to uninstall the program that adds this plugin or disable the plugin in that software if possible.
