Type about:config in the Location Bar and hit Enter. Accept the warning message. Type newtab.url in the Search field at the top.

Go down a bit to this pref - browser.newtab.url = right-click and select Modify - insert about:home - if you are using the default homepage, otherwise put the URL of your homepage in the dialog box
