Both while in safe mode and with add-ons enabled, FireFox routinely crashes while I'm playing Entanglement [see attached link]. I've been submitting crash reports for MONTHS, but the game's creator hasn't received a single Bugzilla report about it. I've contacted them personally through e-mail twice and they're unable to help at all, even with me providing the crash reports. They have no idea why the game's doing this and haven't received any other reports of this.

Crash Reports are sent to Bugzilla at Mozilla. If the game developer has his own Bugzilla reports system setup, the Firefox crash reports wouldn't be sent to his Bugzilla setup,

The information that you sent to Pastebin is from Windows and doesn't help us help you.

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

The game developer had said that Mozilla would normally contact them if crash reports were made about the page/game, but he hasn't gotten any.

I'm not sure whether any of these are crashes caused by that specific URL, since I had to click to submit them and that changed the date displayed alongside them. I reported all of the older ones when they happened, but I've given up on sending crash reports since it hasn't seemed to do anything to resolve the issue.

The 4 crashes dated today were cause by Flash 16.0.0.305. Try updating Flash or install the latest Flash 17.0 version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

The crash dated the 18th is related to an Intel video driver and OpenGL. Per your submitted troubleshooting information it looks like you have some real old drivers - dated 06-18-2008.

Try updating your video drivers to the newest that are available for that device, from the manufacturers (for that PC) website .

I updated Flash and updated every driver which had an update available.

FireFox still crashed within minutes when I tried the game again.
