I copied the abook.mab and history.mab files from the old hard drive with no problems and they are functional.

But my other address file is another story.

I've read there are utilities that will convert this file into an LDIF file which can then be imported into TB but I can't find any useable versions of these utilities.

I'd import your user-defined *.mab address books using this:

https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html

But why not just copy your entire profile across?

Thanks for your very timely reply.

My ignorance is showing. I downloaded both .xpi files but have no idea how to make them run. Win 7 doesn't recognize the file type and I don't know what to do with them.

I read the tech support article about copying the profile but it seemed to only deal with Firefox.

I'm still stumped.
