Looking for an answer for a large enterprise- ESR version and auto updates over 300,00 machines
I'm having issues finding answers on your website and throughout the online forum community. Our organization has a large user base and we're going to be deploying Firefox ESR to our network. The issue I'm running into is searching for the auto update feature options for the ESR version. We are looking for viable options to handle our deployment and make sure this is the most secure route. We are looking for a couple options. Is there is an option where you supply software so we can deploy ESR updates from our server internally? Do you provide options for us to turn off auto updates? We can also use the auto update features via the Internet is this an option for the ESR version. Any help would be mostly appreciated.

hi, there isn't direct support by mozilla for enterprises per se. the best way to get in touch is using the Enterprise Working Group (EWG) mailing list that got referenced in jscher2000's first link.

Please try the mailing list for ESR users mentioned here: http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/
You also may want to explore Mike Kaply's site for extensive articles on centrally managed deployments of either ESR or the mainstream release: https://mike.kaply.com/
So I'm looking to get in touch with an Firefox rep. Do you happen to have an email or numbers. Thanks.
