Dear Firefox Support,

It would be helpful if I could create a folder as a link to another folder in my bookmark structure. Sometimes it makes sense for a folder two exist in two different places of the hierarchy. In those cases, it is better not to duplicate the folder content but creating a second folder as a link to the first one.

Thank you in advance Asier

Currently I am pretty sure you cannot do that, unless you know some sqlite magic. You may submit feedback directly to the Advocacy team through the following page:

Thank you guigs.

My feature request had to do with the bookmark manager user interface and bookmark management. It's not my intention to "bypass the interface" to do something "under the hoods" via sqlite (even if the bookmarks database design was available to me).

I'll get in touch with the User Advocacy team.
