My account does not work automatically as I have to go to Yahoo.login every time before I can receive or send anything - very frustrating

Whenever I look at my emails or wish to send a new one, the system will not let me until I have logged in to Yahoo, who hold my account. So long as I continue using Thunderbird, no problem but if I leave, even with Thunderbird still connected, I have to log into Yahoo again. I'm sure that I've got something wrong

I'm assuming when prompted to enter password, you select the checkbox 'use Pasword Manager to remember this password'

Do you use anything like CCleaner program? It has a means of clearing out session information and passwords. suggest you make your Thunderbird profile folders exempt.
