I have two hands, but due to coordination problems, have trouble using both at the same time. Some people only have one hand.

Yet most of the shortcuts here require users to press a key while using the mouse:

Hi

I fully understand and appreciate your concern.

Most computer mice have three buttons, one of which may also be the scroll wheel, so can be a little limiting when trying to provide for many different shortcuts.

I appreciate that this solution is not without cost, but there are specialist computer gaming mine that have many extra buttons - designed to be used with one hand. I am sure that this could be adapted to replicate some of the buttons that you would otherwise need to depress on a keyboard.

What mouse shortcuts in particular do you use frequently that cause this issue?

Some actions may also be available via toolbar buttons (built-in or extensions) and menu items.

None that I frequently use, because none that I *can* use. (I can use the middle clicks.)
