When I ran a security scan using Windows Defender, it includes that some files in my Cache2 entries folder are suspicious. Could these be viruses or spyware?

When I ran a security scan using Windows Defender, it says that three files in my Cache2 entries folder are suspicious and should be sent to Microsoft for further analysis. I am wondering if I should be concerned about this. Could these files be malware, spyware, or viruses? I will clear cache, but just want to make sure if the security of my system has been compromised. Thanks!

Stuff in the Cache is harmless unless you were to try and run such yourself.
