All other browsers like Chrome, Safari, Opera and even I.E. allows scrollbar customization via CSS. When will FireFox give support for this? Something like scrollbar customization should not require use of JS.

Here's an example of what can be done with Firefox as far as custom scroll bar CSS: https://userstyles.org/styles/114748/chrome-firefox-opera-scrollbar-custom-colors

Also see this for other scroll bar Styles that are available: https://userstyles.org/styles/browse?search_terms=scrollbar

If you have Stylish installed there would be a Show CSS link each UserStyle page, allowing you to see the coding for each UserStyle.

And if you don't want to use Stylish you can create a userChrome.css file for that code. http://kb.mozillazine.org/UserChrome.css
