I am using Windows 10 with Firefox 46.0.1 In the last day or two, TuneIn Radio will not work on my Firefox, but will on Microsoft Edge.

When I try to execute a station, all I get is message saying loading, loading, and then a message that says "We are sorry an error occured, please try again."

I use Ublock to block ads, and I disconnected it to see if that would help. I tried Firefox Safe Mode, no difference.

Please assist.

Thanks again Fred, the problem is solved.

Before doing your last suggestion, what I did was Refresh Firefox.

I then did a test to see if TuneIn Radio worked and it did not.

I then went ahead and re-installed the extensions that I use.

I then closed Firefox, re-opened Firefox, went to Tunein Radio and it worked.

Firefox mystery.

Thanks for your quick response FredMcD I checked my graphics driver, says it is the latest. I took every step that you suggested, and still not working on Tunein.

I tested on my old Firefox computer to see if it works and it does.

I went on some other radio sites to see if it works and most of them it does. This one it does not: http://www.internetradiouk.com/ This one works on my old computer.

I took a look at my add-ons plugins. Big difference what is installed on my new computer and my old.

I doubt that I am missing a plugin on my new computer, because TuneIn was working a few days ago, and I did not remove any plugins in the meantime.

Puzzling.

Are you using and blocking programs/add-ons?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
