I did not want the "daily" a build of thunderbird, how can I undo this? I do not even know what it is but now cannot access any new email in my account.
Up until today things have been great. Now I am not able to get any new email. I get this message: "The folder Inbox is full, and can't hold any more messages. To make room for more messages, delete any old or unwanted mail and compact the folder."
I have not been able to get new mail since 7am this morning. Usually I can go through my in box and send unneeded email to the trash. The total number in the inbox decreases as I do this. Then I need to go into the trash and delete them again and also compact them. Then usually magically my inbox again allows new mail to be delivered. Not so today. I am leery to compact the entire inbox because I do not understand where I would access them in the future when I need them again. Any ideas?

Failure to compact causes the inbox to only ever grow.... until it is full. Those message that copy to the deleted folder when you press the delete key are all still in the inbox until you compact it.

You are likely still using the Thunderbird 45.1.0 Release. Either do not use the Start page or ignore the message about Daily channel builds as it was not intended for Release channel users in mind.
Thank you all!
