I can receive and send emails in Outlook, however I prefer to use Mozilla Thunderbird however having issues with Mozilla not recognising my password. I have just changed my password on both programs again and they are the same password, but still can't get emails in Thunderbird. I can send emails from Thunderbird just not receive them. Help please.

All the new Microsoft email accounts seem to have turned off POP access. If that is what you use log into the Outlook site and check that.

Launch Thunderbird and go to File > New > Existing Mail Account. Then enter in your name, email address and password. Click Continue. Next select IMAP then the 'Manual Config button'
