I would like to know if there is anyway to insert the date into your emails so I don't have to type them every time I send out an email? In other words I have a template email that I send out that needs to be dated the day I send it but some times I forget to update the date when I send it out is there anyway to have a field that automatically updates the date before my email is sent?

Kinda like the Insert>Fields>Date option in libreOffice Writer application...

But email servers add dates and times automatically. That's why no-one bothers to type it into a message by hand.
