Backspace and delete don't always work removing text in status and comment boxes. Sometimes it appears to but when I post a status or comment it includes all previously typed text presumed to have been deleted. As you can imagine this can be a little embarrassing sometimes.

Messenger doesn't appear to have the same problem and Facebook is the only site I've encountered to have this issue.

Thanks :)
