Firefox allows me to access my school website but a large part of my studies is to access the kaplan library and view research articles. I am able to search for articles but when I click the "view PDF" button, firefox attempts to save the article to my downloads where as in the past I simply view them. Also the downloads are blank. So not only can I not voiew them but the download is useless. Please help

It is probably best to consult your IT department for help.
