Hello everyone, I was just wondering why, every time I go to play a YouTube video, why Firefox for iOS crashes. If someone could help me figure out why this is happening I'd greatly appreciate it.[Please See Below]

               *For Your Information*
I am using Firefox for iOS on my iPhone SE that has iOS 10.12.1.
Also my iPhone SE has a capacity of 16 GB. Currently I have 2 GB left of storage for some reason.

Hi

It sounds like you may need to clear out a bit of space to enable video files to be played properly.

I have found this article that will walk you though how to clear out the cached files held with some applications. Sometimes these caches can build up and cause problems much like the one you are describing.

I hope that this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
