How to prevent user deleting Browsing History from firefox browser?

more options

There is a requirement from my company to preserve Browsing history for couple of days. I don't see any option to preserve deleting browsing history for Firefox browser. I checked GP template and add-on as well. None of the seems to be matching our requirement.

Can you assist us to complete this requirement. I am using Firefox 45 ESR.

Thanks in Advance.

In short, No, there's no built-in feature to prevent removing history.

There are techniques (probably using Add-ons or an Autoconfig file or both) to hide menu commands from users if you think that would help, but anyone viewing their history in the Library dialog ("Show All History" or Ctrl+Shift+h) can just use the Delete key, and there's no way to block that.

You can consider using monitoring software or a proxy server to record history independently if users can't be trusted to observe policy.
